There is a large number of companies and public organizations that face the challenge of keeping a good training level.

Price is always relevant, either for the application or module, or hardware / software and its maintenance.

It is not just about evaluating their knowledge against the current needs of their jobs, but about finding out who are the best candidates for new positions and jobs that require new approaches and attitudes.

Continuous training is key to staying on the front line, and it is not enough for employees to try to stay up to date, it needs to be facilitated and quantified.

How it works

Candidates to be examined through SpiderLearn will be able to train  thanks to the fact that part of the pool of questions and answers for each topic is destined for this purpose. An applicant will be able to take as many training exams as he wishes.

When the assigned examiner and the applicant agree, the face-to-face exam will be held (at a company site), which may be either conventional or on-line. If the latter case, with the help of a webcam, the examiner will take ramdomized photos of the examinee in order to avoid any cheating.

All exams are generated at random from a pool of available questions. In the case of a written exam (either conventional in the classroom or remote with webcam) the examiner can change some questions.

In the event that the client prefers the classic exam option, the applicants will meet in the same room, and the examiner will proceed to select and print the exams at the time, with an interesting feature: it will generate a minimum of 4 series of exams , each one with different questions. The students will receive the exams so that none of them will have the same questions as any of their neighbors, so it will not be possible for them to copy each other.

At the end of the exam, it will be scanned and uploaded to the exam file, so that later the digitizers can carry out their work.

Multiple choice questions will be automatically evaluated, while those written must be corrected and evaluated by the corresponding specialist.

The administrators of the application can access statistics that control the evolution of both examinees and specialists.

The master tables such as the question and answer lists on a specific topic can be exported to Excel for a more comfortable manual treatment, to later import them already updated.

The application operates with speed, comfort, usability, security and reliability.

Access is private (BackOffice), so that only authorized users can access it.

It is very easy to use for data entry and digitizers, but also for specialists and the administrator.

Specialists in each field are the key to success

They are the ones who decide the questions of the exams, and they will in turn be the correctors, offering prestige and reliability to the method.

The examinees will be able to communicate with the specialists in case they consider that any answer is erroneous or poorly evaluated.

The specialists must keep the questions and answers up to date, both in legal and technological aspects.

For each topic, they must reserve a specific part of the questions for the face-to-face exams; these questions will not appear in the online training exams.

Several specialists can treat the same topic.

Except in the case of specialists, for the rest of the profiles the users do not need to have a high qualification, they should only be orderly and constant users.

It should be noted that, although the creation and editing of questions and answers is a matter for specialists, DigitalWiz can help in the transformation and import of Office documents (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.), even if they were thousands of files.

With hardly any geographic restrictions

Any of the users can work with SpiderLearn from anywhere in the world; they only need an Internet connection, with the exception of:

Applicants to be examined: they must appear at a company's site where they are to be examined.

The examiners: they must appear at a company's site when it is a classic exam in the classroom.

It should be noted that the examiner who manages the initial stage of selecting candidates to be examined does not have to coincide with the one who goes to the classroom to deliver the written exams or remotely control the exam via webcam.

Online exams for applicants allow them to train

Apart from the reference material that is proposed to the applicants and the alternative means of learning available to them (courses based on Moodle, Khan Academy, etc.), by regularly accessing the online training exams it also allows the examiner will monitor your progress.

Examiners can list the applicants filtering all those who have passed the cut-off mark, observing their frequency of access, improvements, etc.
